CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

We are able to provide full refund with 48 hours since the time of the purchase if the Order Number is not redeemed and service was not provided. We are not able to refund You any money back and all of our sales are final and subject to no change or refund after 48 hours since the time of the purchase. Before You place Your order, make sure that we cover the area where You want the service. If You have a timeline or due date for the service needed, please check our availability first. If You have an existing appointment scheduled, You will need to cancel or reschedule Your appointment 24 hours prior the scheduled date by calling our Call Center at 732-372-0001, otherwise Your order will be redeemed in our system. 

 

EXPIRATION POLICY

If You placed you Order online and purchased our service, Your Order Number and its value will expire in 6 months since the purchase date if not redeemed. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for more details

 

WARRANTY 

All labor performed by ProClean NJ Inc is warranted by 90 days. If You feel that we missed something or something was not done properly, feel free to contact us at 732-372-0001 and schedule your appointment, two visits are free of charge within 90 days

 

RESCHEDULING

If You have an existing appointment scheduled, You will need to cancel or reschedule Your appointment 24 hours prior the scheduled date by calling our Call Center at 732-372-0001, otherwise we keep the right to redeem Your order in our system.

 

NO-SHOW 

If you are not present at the time of the appointment and nobody opened the door for our technician, we reserve the right to redeem your oder. We usually do not do this, but we keep it as our right as we dedicated our time and money to show up at your door and perform the service for you. You can dedicate any adult person to open the door for our technician, so we can provide the service. Do not dedicate anyone younger 21 or who is not authorize to sign on your behalf
