How To Redeem Points Online and what Group Organizers need to know

Every time you make a purchase on our website (not custom amount or e-gift card), you earn 3 points. At the moment, your points could be redeemed only towards the Dryer Vent Cleaning Service.

To redeem points towards Dryer Vent Cleaning Service, follow these steps:

1. Sign Up or Log in and you will have access to your account

2. Go to "My Rewards" tab, you can see the number of points you have there and if there is any coupon to redeem available.

3. Click on "Get Coupon", you will be asked how many points you want to redeem and what coupon you would like to use. Once you get a coupon code, you will be able to see it in "My Rewards" Section and you can use it anytime, just click on "Copy Code" or copy the code manually

4. Go to 'Buy Online" and choose the service you want to purchase with your points. At the moment only Dryer Vent Cleaning available, so click on Dryer Vent Cleaning and add it to the card. Go to checkout section and click on "Enter a promo code", then paste you coupon code there and you will see price adjustment instantly.

If you are purchasing a combo service with Dryer Vent Cleaning, such as "Dryer Vent Cleaning & Chimney Inspection" or "Dryer Vent Cleaning & Chimney Cleaning" the coupon code will only apply for the cost of Dryer Vent Cleaning and the remaining balance should be paid at the checkout. You can also purchase other services along with Dryer Vent Cleaning. Let's say you are purchasing Air Duct Cleaning and Dryer Vent Cleaning, at the checkout when you enter a coupon code, it will be automatically applied to the Dryer Vent Cleaning, and the remaining balance should be paid.

5. Complete your checkout process and you will receive an Order Number in your email, this is your confirmation of the purchase. Contact us at (732)372-0001 to schedule your appointment and provide your Order Number to our representative.

* Points are earned "per purchase / per visit", not "per every service purchased".

Information for Group Organizers

If you are a Group Organizer and want to take advantage of our Loyalty Reward Program, there are 2 ways to earn points and get your dryer vent cleaned for free.

You can pay for the whole group using your own Proclean's account and accumulate points enough to get your dryer vent cleaning for free.

First Way: Separately purchase Dryer Vent Cleaning for every single property. This is our recommended way of doing it, you will get 3 points for every separate purchase of Dryer Vent Cleaning and if you have 5 properties, the amount of points you get is 3x5=15 points. If your property is among of these 5 properties, you will need to purchase 4 (not 5) Dryer Vent Cleanings separately and you will get 3x4=12 points. The coupon cost is 10 points, so after separately purchasing of 4 Dryer Vent Cleanings, you will have 1 coupon for Free Dryer Vent Cleaning and 2 points left in your Reward Section. Then go to Step 2 above and complete the purchase for yourself using the points you earned from previous purchases.

Why it is our Recommended Way of paying for the whole group, every time you make your purchase, points are added to your account automatically. Every property will have it's own Order Number assigned and the property owner/tenant can choose the date and time together or separately from the other units. The only thing You (as Group Organizer) need to do is to provide property owner/tenant their Order Number and ask them to contact us for scheduling

Second Way: Purchase in bulk, during the checkout process, choose Dryer Vent Cleaning and adjust the quantity, let's say you have 5 properties, your cart will have 5 dryer vent cleaning and once the purchase is complete, you will get 1 Order Number for all 5 properties.

After the purchase, please contact our office to apply points to your account, only 3 points are applied automatically for one purchase, but we can adjust points manually.

Then You will need to arrange all 5 properties to be schedule on the same day. We will redeem your Order Number and the status of your Order Number will change to "Completed" on the day of the service. If someone out of these 5 properties is not home, they will loose their order number, since it is only 1 order number for the whole group.
