What is ProClean's subscription and how it works....
At the moment we offer subscription for Dryer Vent Cleaning & Air Duct Cleaning services only, we do not offer subscription for any other service or product listed on our website.
How to get a subscription: When you purchase either Dryer Vent Cleaning or Air Duct Cleaning using Buy Online section on our website, you choose if you want to make just one-time purchase or you want to subscribe. Once you subscribe, your subscription becomes active and set for auto-renew until cancelled
How to cancel a subscription: You can cancel anytime time and it is
very easy, you can either cancel it yourself using your account with us or send us an email request to cancel subscription. You can access your account in our Loyalty Rewards section
and you can manage all your subscriptions using "My Subscriptions" tab
Types of Subscription:
1.Dryer Vent Cleaning
has 2 options to subscribe, first option is annual subscription (you
are charged 1 time once a year) and second option is 2-Year Subscription (you are charged 1 time every second year). We recommend to clean any dryer vent every 1 to 2 years and that is why subscriptions are configured with these options. You can subscribe for any variations that we have for dryer vent cleaning, which are:

Dryer Vent Cleaning & Chimney Cleaning
2. Air Duct Cleaning
has 2 options to subscribe, first option offers 2 year subscription (you are charged 1 time every 2 years) and second option offers 3 year subscription (you are charged 1 time every 3 years). We recommend to clean any air duct system every 2 to 3 years and that is why subscriptions are configured with these options. You can subscribe for any variations that we have for air duct cleaning, which are:

How does it work step by step:
Customer goes to our Buy Online section, choose the right product and the right subscription and makes a purchase.
Once customer is subscribed, in a certain period of time based on the choice of the customer, our automated system will make new purchase on customer's behalf and create an order number for this purchase. Order number is emailed to customer at the time of subscription renewal.
Customer needs to contact us at 732-372-0001 (call or text) or via email procleanconnect@gmail.com and set up the date for the service. It is better to provide your order number at the time of the scheduling, but not necessary as we can always look customer's order in our system by name or email.
